    Nope you're wrong. They have a separate emote. One for 99 and one for 120 just like you have 2 skillcapes for dung.

    I can confirm that it is somekind of server glitch or has been hackedd... he was already lvl 115 anyways...

    Yeah, this was all over the Runescape forums today. I didn't see any posts by mods indicating whether it was a highscore glitch or if "No Excuses" himself glitched the level. However I saw a post by a mod saying that this matter would be discussed privately between the player and a Jagex mod. That has me thinking it was just a highscore glitch, because if the player had glitched this himself he probably would have been banned by now with no discussions or anything.

    ok so it sounds like it is glitched but is there any difference between 99 and 120? (besides a level difference)

    Lol? Start flaming much? 99 dung has a trimmed skill cape. But 120 has a Mastery Skillcape and has a golden trim. That's why there are 2 different emotes and 2 different capes.

    It is a hiscores glitch. Look at the dungeoneering hiscores...
    No excuses and Fredmcgarry are both lvl 120 on the hiscores, but they only have 65m and 67m xp, respectively.

    Level 120 itself is 102M Xp, so it is a hiscores glitch, they are just both 115.
