Some kid sent me a keylogger made in C#

    Some kid sent me a keylogger made in C#
    So this kid who was trying to scam me sent it to my hotmail. I downloaded it but I didn't run it. I decompiled that shit and to my surprise (NOT) it was key logger. It logs key strokes and sends them back to his computer.

    I was just wondering if there is any possible way to get him in trouble for this? BTW his email account doesn't have his real info obviously.
