That is a cool tactic to pk, catch people offguard and they wont pot up or eat food. =p

Its from moparscape, look at the imp, you can see it kindof gets deformed a bit like the monsters in moparscape

 

It's not fake Mafia , that's what happens when your an imp outside of the game because your character can run and equip weapons when they're not supposed to.

If you want to see it mess really bad try going into a poh.

It was from the castle wars glitch, where you could force-teli yourself out of the waiting room as an imp or a sheep. He just went PKing, and apparently owned some people.
