Some Guides?

Hey Guys,
this is my first ever visit to this section because I am looking for a few guides, but this section of the forum seems to not have much up...

Okay the guide I am looking for is a vocal training one, how can i end up training my voice to go higher? or lower? how am I able to train my voice so I can scream (like in the genre of alternative/punk).

If anyone who is bored enough make up a guide for me I'll love you to death <3

Otherwise what ever you got that works would be good...

Always start out with low voices,Not like jazz,etc.Start out with screamo just do it a lower then they do it and you'll eventually work your way up,

Now by scream... do you mean Chris Cornell style or that Bring Me The Horizon shit?
