I feel I should not have to pay $67 for a mistake made by the user I was trading with, as explained in my previous thread I was unaware of these accidental transactions when he decided to re-negotiate his offer.

When I accepted the second offer from the user Luck, it was only because I deemed that the extra $67 was worth me taking the extra perceived risks, namely being fluctuations in price due to him withdrawing his crypto to me from an exchange and not from his wallet, and the fact that I agreed to take ltc from him even though I was looking for eth.

If not for the new price I would have not accepted his second offer, at the time I had already been waiting over 90 minutes and the first transaction in increment number 1 out of 3 had still not shown up on the blockchain, I was faced with the decision of either completing a sale with the user Searchy or cancelling that trade and trading with the user Luck.

If not for the re-negotiated price I would have finished the sale with Searchy because I was receiving my payment in a timely manner from him, this was important to me at the time as I required the eth to complete another trade, it was also beneficial as his quick transactions would not allow the volatile nature of the market to affect me, and because he was providing the crypto I was looking for which was saving me time and money as I was not required to transfer/exchange them.

I had the choice of either receiving eth instantly at $0.95/M or waiting several hours for ltc at $1.0/M.





Therefore, when he chose to re-negotiate we agreed on a new price and it was effectively a different and new trade, at the time the only reason I took on the extra headache and worry of accepting a trade with someone who was possibly going to take several hours to send me my payment, when it should be instant, was for the extra $67.
If he felt it was necessary to change the agreement to mitigate risks caused by an error he made, then he should have to fulfill his agreement. His argument that I should take a refund at the rate of our first trade should not be valid, He should not have the ability to go back on his word.

I feel that from my perspective it is clear to see that I am owed $67, By not receiving the $67 I feel as if I am paying for his mistakes.
