Pick your exercise. In 40-45 seconds, do as many of those as you can (chin ups, push ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, blowjobs, whatever the hell you're into) and then rest for the remaining time in that minute. Repeat until you've done it for 7 minutes. Or 4 for people who don't workout as often.

do what fkn reptar said, that would work fine. i don't know if it would exactly get you 'ripper' per say in 4 weeks but it would get you in good shape. make sure you have a protein shake within half an hour after you finish.
