What's your excuse?
Let me hear your reason.
Maybe the community can help.

P.S don't answer "Oh I do, I jog then I blablablabla..", I'm asking people who aren't doing exercises their excuses.

Im always to busy working. Im not really fat. Im just to lazy. I hate the Gym. Idk man I could go on for days its too fucking tiring to me I used to be able to work out like hell but im getting to old man 21 years old and lazy as fuck.

Nothing is ever too late bro. You're still young, if you start working out now, you will be at your prime by 23, your social life will increase tenfolds. We're all getting there, slowly.

Work sucks, but it doesn't physically limit your body. Time management, however is crucial. Just do it man, it's worth it, you deserve everything good in life because I assume you work hard.

Not that there is ever really a good excuse but I'm a full time college student and I run my own business and that takes up a majority of my time. I also have a girlfriend.

From the time that I wake up until after dinner I'm usually occupied and when I finally get a break the last thing I want to do is a hard workout. Sometimes I'll swim some laps in the pool or go for a run just to wind down but I'm definitely not in the mood for serious exercise at that point.

By the time that it gets to the weekend all I want to do is talk to my girlfriend or read or practice programming or relax and play some games. I guess I could probably spare a couple hours to work out on the weekend but those are the only two days that I DON'T have to do anything and that's why I look forward to them.

I'm not really looking for "help" or "motivation to work out" I just happened to glance at your thread and decided to give an answer. I could probably be more active (an hour a day or so of physical activity) but I don't see myself seriously working out anytime soon.

Because I dislike it and think it is a waste of time. Do real work instead.

Swimming is a godlike sport, that shit's good. Keep it up bro and good luck.

I get the idea of "real men doesn't need to be in shape". There's nothing ever wrong with being in shape and it's already justified by all means.

I believe an hour a day of workout is by far more productive than earning $15 bucks during that time.

When the dollar crash your health and body remains.

in b4 posts I earn more than 15 bucks an hour

Go mow the lawn or do some hay or clear some weeds. You get a lot done and get plenty of exercise. Much more productive.

I just think it's silly that people waste their money and energy by exercising. Just reduce your food consumption and do some yard work or go on a hike.

Clear point, you got me here but its still working out to extent.

It would be too narrow to take it down only like "working out" meaning lifting iron in the Gym.

Take it easy,
Bobby.

Well, I would find it a hassle to bench press a lawn mower. Although, I have sanitary issues with public swimming pools and whatnot, I do jogging and other physical activities. I'm not forcing anyone to workout, that would make me sound like an asshole. Maybe it's because I have spare cash from lots of part time jobs I do.

I am probably one of the worlds worst procrastinators.
I will find a win in every situation, no matter how bad it is. I'll make it work in my favour.

But then your paying for a gym membership! Go work for a hay guy throwing bales. You'll get plenty of upper body strength and make some cash.

My gym membership is included in my student fees :p .. I work out between classes to blow off some steam, when your taking a full course load you need to be able to relax somehow..

Im just a lazy fuck. I dont do anything lol.

Ive done boxing for a few months when i first had nothing to do. It was fun at first, but you dont see the improvements in your body for a while, not compared to the gym. Punching harder, losing a few pounds, sure. Lost around an inch on my waste, got annoyed that my shorts started falling and felt uncomfortable, reminds me I need to shop for new clothes. Weight wasnt my goal as Im not fat.

Ive stopped for a few months, Im actually going back tomorrow. I might switch to muay thai. There is also a gym and it is included if you pay extra. My plan was working out at the gym 2 times a week and 3 days for boxing. At first i was hesitant at working out, a big body only means you get tired faster and move slower when it comes to boxing. Then I realized I didnt have any plans of being competitive.

I just have self conscious/self confidence issues. But I agree with Apith. I am just lazy :P

I don't go to a gym, i work out at home or in our gym at work.

The only gym we have here is a planet fitness, it's a joke. You're not allowed to grunt, wear cut off shirts, hype yourself up (yelling) or hype another person up, and they have pizza party's on Fridays. It's a fucking joke.

I'd have to agree with that one Zig.

No matter where you go, there will always be someone bigger and uglier than you. At a gym, a real gym, not a planet fitness or anytime fitness (major corporation gym) they applaud you for wanting to be fit and the majority of the time push you to excel.

You need to find a local, weightlifting gym, a power lifting gym.

Because I was moving house. And before then because I was lazy.

All the gyms are so far away from me and aren't really viable but once we are settled and I clear some space in the garage I plan to get a second hand bench and go from there.
