Error connecting to server.

When logging into runescape, I log into the lobby normally, but when selecting a world (any world) the loading box comes up normally, but then takes a very long time and says "error connecting to server". I can post on the forums on the same account, and even log into the game on a different account. I checked and do not have any offences, so I'm not banned, I just simply can't log into the game on 1 account, but can on the rest.

Wtfs the problem and how do I fix it?
