Don't worry, they will not operate on you, they will just cut it out, i'm sure they will numb the area first, don't worry.

 

Well, I'm talking from past experiences, My suggestion is, get a warm washcloth and put that down there on the cyst while your laying down or playing on pc or something, Just keep a warm compress on it, and it may "Pop/Go" away on it's own.

The doctor may only prescribe antibiotics at first. If it gets "Inflamed" (Red) and tender, Then they might have to "LANCE" it, WHICH IS REALLY REALLY SIMPLE, They numb you with medicine (a short needle) and then take a "Scalpel" and just make a small incision to let the fluid drain, AND They could put "Gause/Medical gauze, Idk how to spell it" in it, to make the infection go away. It's like a 10 min procedure,
And pretty painless.
