    So Smuggled Dung Items
    Since you pretty much can't ever get the keys [ yellow cresceents, blue triangles, etc] doesn't that mean the items that were affected by todays items would be like party hat status?

    So Smuggled Dung Items
    Partyhat status? No. Rare? Yes. That about sums it up. The reason they will never become "partyhat status" is because:
    1. Non-wieldable
    2. Hard to trade
    3. Many risks of losing through banking
    4. Risk of losing through Jagex fighting against bug abuse

    These are my thoughts only of course :)
