A while back I was buying/selling RSGP using paypal and I got a few chargebacks needless to say it ended up being over a $1,000 so yea I got screwed most was taken from my $800+ ballance but I was left with a -$300 ballance, I called paypal trying to deal with things but they didn't believe my story so I basically told them you just lost me alot of money and I don't plan on giving you any more of it. Well about 6 months later I was sick of not being able to use paypal so I called them up and paid the $300 ballance thinking they would unlimit me however this did not happen!! I called them up and they told me although you paid the ballance paypal has chosen that they no longer feel save allowing to use their system!!
I need help their are things I need to buy and sell using paypal so I need to create a new account that they can't attach to me. How would I go about doing this as I want to have info to verify account but at the same time I don't want them limiting this new account. Also need another debit card only problem is if I get one in my name won't they be able to put two and two together?
