So many locked accounts..??!??!

Wtf is wrong with rs! Almost all of my accounts are locked for no reason! I got all my mains and pures locked wtf is wrong!! Please help me.

 

With the summoning update, many accounts got un-muted. Along with that, many of them got locked if there were any drastic IP changes.

Personally, this made me quit RunEscape.

My 117 got locked, has 55M on it, and I can't unlock it.
My lvl 53 with bunny ears got locked as well.

My lvl 76 traded with my 117, and it got perm banned for trading with a stolen account.

Same thing with my lvl 43 pure hybrid.

In all I lost around 65M.

 

hmm....i heard about a few being unbanned, but not locked

 

They got rid of customer support, now its a "match" system, its fucked up.

 

Yeah, it seems pretty messed up now. -.-

 

Since I recovered my old main and Jagex decided to lock it right away for some reason. I think it was because I changed my ip address and now I got it appealed in around five days.

 

Yea, idk whats happening so many of my acc's are locked.

 

Well if they are since Jagex gave another chance to everyone except real world trader ones and you can try to recover it since they think it was hacked by a different ip.

my unblock appeal has been pending for a week now

even the fucking 'match' sytem doesnt work.

Your Ip must be under investigation or you got a keylogger.

 

ya my main was locked cuz of dual login thnx god they didnt notice and banned it

 

Yea but i dont have any keylogs ect.

 

Accounts didn't get unbanned because of the update.

They basically cleared any/all Rule 1 breakers.

This GREATLY un-muted many, many people.

My 2 letter named lvl 93 went from 17 black marks on last chance to 3.0 lol.

 

They redid the offence/appeal system. They also re-went-over most of the old reports. Maybe thats why you got banned.
