If you are a jagex mod, simply just PM any staff member of your choice to get your RS rank and moderation access. If Jagex decides to trust you, so will we

Eh, it's not really much, like I said... I dunno if they still do it for new mods... A lots changed since 07-08. But basically there was this... well... a requirement. If it's still being used I don't really wanna talk about it, cause people knowing about it before hand kinda makes the point rather moot.

But if they are still using it, all I can say is Good luck.
