So I started my own bot farm...

are you profiting from this then :O?

 

I'm using Tribot. 3 of the accounts have been banned. The two accounts that are still ALIVE have been catching red chins for 2 days - for 2 hours a day ea. I have a total of 732 chins, and the accounts have 11 days left of membership.

 

So I'm pretty sure it's close to around 450k-500k every 2 days (changed bot rate from 3hr to 2 on these accs) to be safe and if i have 11 days left of membership so at the end of the day i'll have around 3M I beleive. This could be profitable but the accounts that I had bot for 6 hours were all banned so mayb having lots of accs running anywhere from 2-3 hours could be safe and make you some profits. But I will be losing money on this.

 

Really interested in seeing how much work it takes you a day too keep these bots running, also how many of the 5 get banned possibly if any, and the outcome of how much you make; as I have the resources and money to open a much larger bot farm keep us posted!

It must suck that you got banned :\
Maybe try another bot.
There is also one more thing and that is that you are going to have to babysit the accounts if you hope to make a profit.

 

Not exactly an isolated bot issue, Jagex is just really good at/cracking down on all bots right now, all of the major bots have just about the same ban rate, it's more about practicing safe botting habits.

Babysitting doesn't really help that much (assuming you are running a script that doesn't get messed up/aka any decent script), just because you're watching your bot, doesn't change the fact that you're botting, but yeah being around to help it get unstuck (if it ever does) is helpful.

Cool project, interesting results so far, hope you continue on w/ this and more variations etc., would be cool, but I understand it costs $ to test it all!

 

Botting right now is risky af.

I've had 5 accounts banned for 5 different scripts. No longer botting until this is reduced.
