Same, I also play hockey aswell and alot fo the guys toss one in after games/practices so if I feel up to it ill join in sometimes.

Its chewing tobacco, cut into small pieces that you put on the inside of your lip and let it sit there. It juices and you spit it out.

You can get it in diffrent flavours, cherry, grape, whitegreen(mint), spearmint, origional, and so on. and No one tin wontruin your teeth, but it wont help.
