snowboarding/skiing

Do any of you guys snowboard or ski? I tried for the first time a few weeks ago (snowboarding) and i loved it. If you do where do u go and do u have ur own gear?

 

showboarding, its pretty sweet i do it just for fun. I do own my own snowboard but like no helmet or anything.

 

Snowboard Ftw. I own all my own stuff, I also have a helmet cause I want to keep my brains inside my head.

Snowboarding is amazing. I own my own board, boots, bindings, and cloths. I live in the Midwest so it's basically flat.. :/. But I like to go out west sometimes..

 

Yo, I'm actually curently in my schools snowboard club and we're going this thursday. I could get some pics of me going of this massive jump along with some of my gear.

well i am a skiier. people think its not as cool as boarding but i can tear up any mountain just as good lol. plus, glades and powder are sick on skiis. i own my own gear, and skii up the east. mainly killington, smugglers notch, and after a noreaster mad river =]. yeh im from VT ftw!

 

I have snowboarded once, only problem is i can only turn the way my back is facing rofl. Plus I HATE when people ride close to me, I always fall haha. Anyway I hate snow so therfore hate snowboarding and skiing.

 

Plan to be an intructor in Canada.

I love snowboarding and snow.

 

I used to go skiing didn't work out good since I couldn't keep my legs close lol..snowboarding I started for fun and me and my cousins and a few friends go to Branson Missouri during the winter and snowboard and we stay there for life a week to a month.

 

Bad thing is i live in a place where it harldy ever snows.. once every 100 years..

I got to NZ usually to snowboard.

 

I haven't been able to snowboard this year because of my knee. (doctor said i couldn't) I like skiing if im just out going down hills but snowboarding is fun for tricks and all.

 

my favorite part of snowboarding was finally learning how to brake... it was much more painful before that

snowboarding kills me after a full day. I can't even walk because I use all my energy on braking lol. Sometimes I can't even stand up on a snowboard its so unbearably painful after doing it the hole day. But man it feels good when your out of the snow and get to relax after a long day of boarding.

 

Ive never been snowboarding, but i ski alot, i go to Europes longest artificial snowsports facility. I can ski from the top level , the only bad thing is if you fall over, it really hurts your hands if you dont wear gloves.
