The guy tried to ripp us, and was never heard or mentioned anywhere in the scene at any moment after. He dissapeared wich is freaking strange. Even u guys said he wasnt on his real ip on Sythe and has a DNT. So prolly trolling/scammer alt that tried to fck our store.

I want to ask you honestly to reconsider the ban that was placed on us.

Don’t you find it strange that the person who made the report against us completely disappeared after the report was made? He never came online again afterward. To us, that strongly suggests it may have been a dump account created only to damage our reputation.

If we were truly scammers, there would have been many more reports by now, especially considering we are still actively operating and dealing with customers daily. Our reputation and customer base have even continued to grow after the ban, and many people in the community can vouch for us.

We believe a mistake may have been made in this case, and we are simply asking for a fair reconsideration. Snorlax did not fall for the attempted scam, and after that the reporter went all-in with accusations.

For the last time, I respectfully ask you to reconsider the situation and take another honest look at the evidence.

I accepted the punishment at the time because I hoped the matter would eventually come to a fair conclusion. However, for reasons I still do not fully understand, both the ban and the DNT status remained unchanged.

I cant reply and Holy shit you guys are stubborn and lack off judgement, even going to a high appael in court would be more realistic.

I find it freaking short minded from staff not even trying to investigate properly and based on one with your auto replies. So based on one report from a DNT ban evader report out of the freaking thousand plus tickets we done u go in there favour.
