bought an rs account

and it got locked shortly after changing the email and password and i had the owner unlock it but now when he tries to change the email im not getting it and he wont give a refund but i dont think they scammed cus theyre trusted here wot do i do?

edit: we tried 2 different emails and i havent received anything from jagex on either

edit2: hes gonna make a new email and try to change it to that one and see if it works

 

thats strange, try this , once he requests the email change, Ask him for the link, so then you can change the email yourself to whatever you like.

Emails from Jagex somehow take long before they are actually sent.
I had this problem aswell when I sold my account.

I suggest using hotmail, they seem to get emails from jagex a lot faster than yahoo and google.

 

Changing the email on your account can take a while sometimes, took me 30mins to receive the email last time I sold an account

 

Well it shouldn't be the account sellers fault that it got locked, that happens often due to the login of different IP's (especially when the account seller is from another continent). Seeing as the account seller trys helping you out I guess it isn't his intention to scam you.

 

It's really their responsibility if the account gets locked or recovered either way

 

it should be the sellers responsibility if the account get's locked/stolen, imo. maybe they are waiting a while to respond to you though

 

It's only their responsibility if they had anything to do with it

 

he should 100% give a refund if this is the true story.
