    Having spoken with @PartyPeteShop, I've learned that this was a frame attempt by someone who recently had access to kittykitty's IP. This kind of thing is impossible to prove but I find it unlikely that kittykitty simply rolled up to divica's livechat one day to confess to scamming. Given what I've learned from Pete, this was certainly a frame attempt
