    Very clever. Had they started selling gold, any ranks in the Smokin Mils clan chat would probably have gotten banned for RWT.

    Crazy drop party, never knew there was a cap on the Drop Party box. Either way though, I am a bit confused on Smokin Mils' motivation behind this. I guess they planned it before the announcement of Free Trade, but really, merchanting clans have absolutely no use in Free Trade. So the whole point of this kind of went out the window.

    It's interesting to think that since about 1200-1600 people would have been there, the wealth gained on average would have been over 1m/player, wish I was aware of this :p.

    It was for publicity and a show of power. 2b isn't really significant to them.

    They are opening a black market tomorrow too... my friends going to try get some good trades since most of the users wont have a clue about prices.

    Think of it as long term investment. More people they get from something like this, the more money they will make from their merches.

    And that 1.5K usd can be made from one successful merch, so its not really anything. ;)

    Price manipulation, when you trade they'll be a reccomendation price which will be affected depending on the overall trading between independant items so im guessing they'll just manipulate reccomendation prices.

    I went, it was too laggy to get a chance to even click one ballon. I don't really like merch clans though they gain profit on other peoples misfortune, if you don't dump in time you're SOL.
