Smithing with profit?

I want to get my Smithing to 80 for Stealing Creation. I am currently at level 71 and am looking for a way to get from 71 - 80 with min effort, time and with a profit.

I do not want to do cannonballs. Dont suggest botting.

Kill Avensies for Bars and smith them Or kill Cockroaches for Mith Ores and smelt that then smith it.

 

Any other suggestions?

I've heard that if you get mith and coal ore and smelt them via the blast furnace, and smith them into mithril bolts you get good xp and make a profit. Though I don't have a high enough smithing level to smith the bolts so I have not tried it yet.

 

blast furnace with addy ores/coal is best profit tbh.

and if im not mistaken. Between Bolts to Supplies is profit, but what about the money lost Unnoting the shit?

 

i smith addy bar from 70-99 addy bar smithing is fast... It don't have any profit but very fast, smith addy bolts.

 

I don't believe there's any profit from smithing bars....only smelting, and the experience is pretty slow. So your best bet is to smelt steel or mith. If you don't care too much about money, mith is more experience

Iron ores + rings of forging = iron knives for profit FTW.

 

Addy arrowtips with clay hammers. Cheap.

Unless you mine your own ore, it is not possible to make a profit.

 

It's not a case of bad suggestions, it's more a case of too high expectations. If there was a fast easy and profitable way to get smithing up, do you not thing more people would have it maxed? People at Sythe may be knowledgeable (lol) but they're not miracle workers.

 

There is no high expectation. I didnt say HOW DO I GET 99 SMITH AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT, I am simply looking for a reasonable way to get to my goal, the fastest, and cheapest way.

 

I didn't say that's what you said, but when people are suggesting things and for you to keep replying with "bad suggestions" isn't the best idea.

 

That's slow XP tho.
