Bring Me The Horizon
SCAMMER

I noticed sites like Rsbot.org, Rsbots.net, Codespace.net, all the websites that you can download and buy bots from have a set of techniques and methods but i haven't seen one on Sythe so I'm going to help out.
Why should you bot.
- Help you gain extra EXP or levels.
- Trains you while you're at school/sleeping/whenever you're not at the computer.
- Bot for others.
- Impress others with skills.
Why you shouldn't bot.
- Obvious reason, it goes against the rules and conducts of Runescape.
- You're account can be temporarily or permanently banned if caught.
- It IS cheating, so friends who don't may think lower of you.
- It makes you forget that you play the game for fun, not to cheat.
- You get bored quick once you've been banned/there's nothing to do.
That's just a few pro's and con's of botting. They've happened to me and I know it has for others too.
A brief historical review...
Botting first came out in Rsc, where people auto mined. They were simple scripts written to color-coordinate ores to mine. Called "AutoRune". Long story short, Runescape came out with Runescape 2 (Modern runescape) and "random events". These random events were to stop people from botting, and catching those that were. Later on SCAR came out, which totally re-introduced botting to many Runescape players. Scar was fucked around with by Jagex and by now not many use it, even though it's still very effective on Runescape. iBot came out, which was made from Aryan. Then Rsbot came out some odd years later built off iBot and once again, revolutionized botting. Now hundreds of thousands of players use Rsbot, and the branched off bots like "Rsbots, Codespace, Seedbot, qBot" and many more. (Credits to tofurocks).
Now here's the real part; techniques to ensure safety while botting.
1. I know you all bot overnight, during school, for 6hrs+ at a time. But you must learn to resist it. Not only are you jeopardizing your account, you will soon realize that you no longer like Runescape for the game, but only to bot. Trust me it's happened to me many times. You'll stop botting, maybe because you've been banned on another account or just because you stopped and you realize "Why am i playing legit, i should just bot". Remember, Runescape is a game that you play because you enjoy it. So basically, cut down on the botting for 1-4 hours a day max. It'll keep you interested to keep playing the game and you're less likely to get banned.
2. Think about you're decision botting! Think like Jagex does. If you're account is flagged for macroing and Jagex looks at the time you've been on, not to mention your mouse and keystroke logs, you'll most likely been banned. Lets say you wake up. It's 7am and you go on to check the G.e, skill, whatever from 7-8 while you eat breakfast or get ready for school. Then you leave at 8AM and bot all day at school. (ex. 6hr school day). So now you're home at... 2:30. And you shut off your bot. Now you do homework while you bot. Now it's 4pm. You go on to play legit. Now it's 6PM and you're eating dinner. After you go out with some friends until... maybe 9PM. You come home and watch tv, and you bot, or after you watch tv and go to sleep, you bot overnight. Wake up the next morning at 7AM. If you get flagged during that time you botted, which isn't hard because you were on for so long. (Approx. 16-18 hours in a 24hr cycle). And they see it was all day and all night you botted, and then repeated the next day, they can tell you botted because no normal human can stay awake that long, sleep for 6 hours, and play Runescape again for 18 more hours. They'll also see your keystrokes and mouse logs and notice how accurate your clicking was, and the patterns your mouse makes. So basically, cut down on the botting, or take long pauses botting. If you're going to bot overnight or at school, do it every other or every few days so it's not the same pattern of botting every day.
3. Choose different scripts! This isn't hard to understand. If you use the same script.. for example to mine iron at the east Varrock mine, you have a good chance of getting banned if flagged. If you switch up, and maybe use 2-4 different scripts for the same skill, or choose a different location, it looks a lot better and more human like.
4. Buy scripts! Buying scripts is a very smart thing to do. I know nobody wants to spend money but think about it like; Lets say 55,000 people are using a free hunter script. Maybe they're not all using it at once but they've used it. Jagex can pickup on the same patterns from different accounts and they'll notice that you have the same mouse patterns of other people that have been banned already. That'll get you banned. Now lets say you buy a hunter script for $25. Lets say there's been 1,000 copies of this script sold. These script are very well written and I've almost never heard of anyone being banned for using paid. (But there are some). Not only are they written VERY well, Jagex also will most likely not run into someone with the same keystrokes not only because the scripts use random mouse movements for every movement, but there are alot less people using these script. So buy scripts, it's worth it not only because of the amazing coding but because of the less likely hood of being banned.
5. Anti ban. I personally, only use paid for scripts which have a build in anti ban. Alot of scripts now have anti-ban because of the increased Jagex security. Anti-ban are measures taken while botting to help in anyway for you to not be banned. Normally it's something like checking how much exp you have in the stat you're training or rotating the camera. They're alot of other anti-ban scripts you can add yourself if you use for example Rsbot. It's prevention from getting you banned and does make a difference. Make sure you keep it on if you're using Rsbot or any bot that you can turn it off/on.
I'm pretty sure those 5 practices and techniques are the biggest measure you can take while botting. If anyone has anymore, please post them here or add my msn which can be found in my signature and i'll add them to the post.
If you'd like any help with setting up bots, JDK help, scripts, i can most likely help you. Just send me a pm or add my msn.
