Smallsnipers 1=99 str guide!!

You must be a low level then because bandits are faster at higher tiered levels. Also in the long run there is no banking if you are noting food, plus bandits are permanently aggressive if you wear a saradomin or zamorak item.

 

7/10 bandits are a very common trainer.

 

1-99 str with WHIP? :-D

 

I used to go there all the time, I recommend at least 70 attack 70 strength and 60 defence if you aren't using pots.
