Smallsnipers 1=99 str guide!!

Ok so since I'm new here, I thought that I will try to get my rep up by posting an amazing guide that benefits all of you at sythe.org:

Intro:
So throughout my time on runescape I have been asked a lot "where should i train?", one of the best places to train in RS is at bandits, but it can be very expensive and a lot of people cant afford it. so heres how to get insane xp for not a lot of gp. its around 20k for 50k xp, which is pretty good considering the 200+k you would spend on a normal bandits trip.
How to get there:

Recommended gear:

HELM : Proselyte helm > Helm of Neitznot > Berserker Helmet

PLATE : Proselyte plate > Initiate plate > Monk Robe Top

LEGS : Proselyte skirt/legs > Initiate legs > Monk Robe Bottoms

GLOVES : the best RFD gloves you can wear

AMULET : Amulet Of Fury > Amulet Of Glory > God Stole

BOOTS : Dragon boots > Rune boots > Climbing boots > White boots

RING : Berserker Ring > Ring Of Life

SHIELD : Unholy Book > Holy Nook > The best defender you can use

CAPE : Fire cape > Skill cape (t) > God cape

Note: Feel free to swap this gear about as you like, just remember to keep a high prayer bonus and a god item on at all time so the bandits will always attack you.

Step 1: At bank, get your hp down to 40'ish.

Step 2: Go to bandits bar.

Step 3: Pot there.

Step 4: When your pray drops by 6, pot again.

Step 5: You will notice, this gives an EVEN BETTER attack bonus than super attack. (You don't even need str pots! It pots it only 5 less than Super str!, Lowest cost to 14k!)

Step 6: The lower your hp, lower damage brew will do, keep your hp 10-15.

Step 7: Enjoy sexy exp, and repeat.

Price check:

Tele Tab: 1k.
2 str pots: 6k
5 strawberry baskets: 1k.
18 zammy brews: 12.6k

A trip should last about 30 mins or so and at 85 atk/str you should be getting about 50k experience a trip, which is pretty good if you can bank fast, you should be getting the highest or close to highest xp rate in the game.

More like 80-99 Strength. Low levels can't do this. Otherwise 9/10

yeh you cant start at 1 str here nor can you train str with whip but otherwise nicely put guide, but why use prselyte? No strength bonuses

 

Bandits is very old and 30min per trip>? thats horrible!

Great guide, but bandits are SOOOOO crowded.

 

This method is too widely known now, I remember going bandits 1 - 2 years ago when there was NO ONE there. I seriously mean NO ONE, EVER. I used to go there in any world, even the most crowded ones.

 

Ok is it just me or does strong hold spiders own bandits? There 60k exp an hour for me.
