Sleep Problem

Whenever I get a chick in my bed that I somewhat just met, I can not sleep at all. Like I will just lie there and pretend to sleep for the whole night, no matter what I can not shut my brain down, it is horrible. Also I can never be comfortable in the middle of the bed between 2 girls, no matter how hard I try, I have to be on one side of the bed. Does anyone else have similar problems or is it just me?

Just get as comfortable as possible and close your eyes. Don't move at all after that, and think about something else.

I can understand why someone would be like that. Honestly though all you have to do is relax a little, and maybe since after activities, you'll tend to be warm, cool down, use an excuse like I'm getting a drink, cool down then go back, since your body temperature has to be a certain limit before being able to sleep that's probably the main reason.

Too exhausting sex causes body temperature to raise.. Maybe let her do the work next time while you sleep well. No, really.. If you can't get sleep you better get up and do something for a while (diff room?) read, get a drink or so.. Lying around for hours is bad for your health too.

Are you sure it's "two girls"? I mean if you changed your story around and put in "two guys" it would make a lot more sense and explain why you are feeling so uncomfortable and sleep deprived that is unless your into that sort of thing.

I'll get up and get a glass of water/milk or have a smoke after and that puts me straight to sleep.

I can relate about not being comfortable, I like my side of the bed, and that's it.
