Serious question guys, how does one compliment a staff member without it being butt-kissing and how does one talk negatively about a staff member without it being slander?

^ Jokes. It's good to get these opinions from other people... I wish I was able to get them earlier haha. Some of the old members made me realize how much of a meanie I was but oh well. Don't go too soft, don't go too hard.

Honestly, he does do a lot of it.. his signature and everything. Otherwise, I like the kid.

If I both compliment staff too much AND put their names in my signature, that's when I'll know I'll have a problem (more problems?)

 

I like John, he's a good guy and he's actually changed his attitude from a troll to someone who helps out, but Sanct is right.. that signature is a bit much.
