How to become a moderator on Sythe

I was going to sell this for $20 a copy, but I'm not bodgon, so i'm giving it away for free.

Tip 1 - Don't make your want for staff too obvious

Do not post goals of wanting to become staff, or make threads intentionally sucking the cock of any staff members. If you want to suck their cock, do it in a private chat room.

Tip 2 - Be community active / Join CDT

See if there is a spot open on the community development team. This will undoubtedly increase your chances of staff by a significant amount. If there is no space, create your own community events. Post around the forums regularly.

Tip 3 - Avoid confrontation or side with staff at all times

Avoid any conflicts that do not involve you, or wait for a staff member to post (preferably upper staff) on the matter so you can side with them.

Tip 4 - Don't actively post in the spam forum

The spam forum is the last place they will look for potential staff members. If you do post in it, don't try to spark confrontation, and avoid any posts that will provoke one.

Tip 5 - Get to know upper staff members on a personal level

Chat it up, make them feel wuzzy inside, face cam in private chat rooms, and do anything they ask. Ask them how they're doing every few days (3 minimum).

Tip 6 - Find out what they like/What you have in common

Skim through their posts to get an idea of what they like that might relate to you, or pretend to give a shit, and create threads regarding those topics.

Tip 7 - Don't try too hard and over exert your throat

Don't make it an everyday thing. Even the upper staff members will find you annoying. Be discreet as possible so you don't drive too much attention to yourself.

Tip 8 - Report ban evaders/offsite scammers regularly

Don't struggle too much with this. This only increases your chances by small amounts. It's not worth the hassle, but go for it if it's something you enjoy.

Tip 9 - Compliment staff

This isn't something you want to do often, but encourage, and acknowledge their minimal efforts. This can be done on staff feedback threads.

10. Be active in the market

This is something that will really define you apart from others. They need someone they can trust.

11. Donate large amounts

If you want to secure a future spot in staff, donate $1,000. $100-300 will suffice as well.

12. Defend staff

If there are allegations, or even reports of any staff member, try to refute it to the best of your ability.

Tip 13 - Don't be discouraged if it takes too long

This is a long process depending on the size, activity, and the availability of seats in staff. They will pick ex moderators above you, so don't cry like a little bitch. Congratulate them, and keep it pushing.
