Skyrimm !

everyone says it has bugs but i've already beat almost the entire game an have yet to run into a bug besides being able to climb mountains?

It was a pretty fun game, the main story was very short tho imho.

 

Well, it's better if you prefer to be the "assassin" type of character. I personally never used chameleon in Oblivion or any bullshit like that. It's still possible to be found in Skyrim with 100 Sneak, which is nice. The 30x multiplier is good because it allows you to, as you should realistically, kill people in their sleep or slit their throat without much effort, just a general dagger (hell, iron would probably do it). There is some nice animations for sneak kills as well, haha. 30x only applies to daggers. For normal weapons the max you can get is 12x.

It's not that it "takes the challenge out of the game" IMO. It's another way of playing it, but realistically when it comes down to fighting dragons or following much of the actual questline, it's actually rather difficult because you can't run in there like a hero and kill everything, and it's extremely hard to sneak up on a dragon. You rarely use your voice except for things like Kyne's Peace and Throw Voice from my experience.

Ya, you can climb mountains the same way in Oblivion. A big bug that happened to me the other day:

I went into a Lighthouse where everyone was slaughtered. Right when you enter there is a door on the left and the right of you. The door on the right was a Master lock and went to the 'basement'. I went there first before ANYTHING. I ended up going into an entire cavern of charus' and finally at the end, a fucking charus reaper. I killed and looted him for some guys' remains and a lighthouse key. I went all the way back up and went to where the people were murdered and automatically got a miscellaneous quest "Find out what caused the murders of the lighthouse" or something along those lines. Basically, everything I just did (killing all the charus and the charus reaper for the dudes' remains and the lighthouse key) WAS the quest. I basically did the quest BEFORE getting the quest. Now the quest will never finish because the game is glitched.

100 in all skills gets you to 81 and some.

Yeah it's basically if RuneScape had 100x better graphics, 1st person view, less-tedious work and single-player.

Best game I've played in a long time. I just beat all of the main quests and I'm level 35. First thing I got was 100 smithing, which is really fast and easy if you just make iron daggers and leather helmets. The one problem I have is that dragons are as easy to kill as they are. Alduin was a joke and I was expecting a lot more. The only glitch I've had is getting arrows stuck in my body or my sword disappearing, but can be fixed by just fighting someone. Turning into a werewolf gets rid of it also.

 

Im lvl 37 atm highest stats are smithing, pickpocket and speech. Anyone know a quick way to train sneak or what race is good for sneak?

 

I'm currently running a sneak class on Master difficulty with a Khajiit. A good way to train sneak is to get a lot of arrows, find a giant and a hiding spot - then hit the giant once, wait until you are fully hidden, repeat. Also levels archery.

 

I played as a "True Nord" and a Altmer mage. With the Nord character I used two handed weapons and heavy armor. With the High Elf I trained nothing but the magics and enchanting. With both of these characters I reached around level 20, then decided to start a new game. Currently a level 19 Dunmer sneak. It absolutely sucks with dragons, but it's fun for dungeons and thieves guild/dark brotherhood quests. With the other characters I never got past the quest with Delphine and the old dude where you find the Blade's sanctuary.

Protip: play on Master difficulty. It's really not that bad, and it makes things semi-interesting. With average difficulty you barely have to heal, it gets boring.

 

I'm level 19, I really like the game. I like using magic and thieving.

Damn, my highest skill is like 55, & I've already killed like 10 dragons. But to get to those two levels in four days is quick as hell.

 

I haven't played it in over a month, got bored after beating the main quest and most faction quests.

 

Daymn I cant play skyrim due to the bug where this guy doesn't open the door and cant progress to the quest.

 

You max out your sneak and you can literally stand in front of people sneaking and they won't see you. You can sneak in the middle of a fight and they''ll look around and be like wtf

 

Not in my experience. This has only happened to me when the AI has bugged when there's been some small object like a chair or table in the way and I'm crammed in a corner. If I'm out in the open they find me incredibly easy. If I sneak with the perk which makes you go invisible for a second, they still know where I am unless I run to a good hiding spot first.

I suggest you play it on Master difficulty. I dunno if it'll have any affect in this scenario, but worth a try.

 

He confirms Master difficulty at the beginning. It looks like half the time you can get sneak criticals with the perk, without having to hide.

Notice that they know where he is when he isn't invisible. He's exploiting the invisibility perk by just constantly standing up and re-sneaking again, which is just 1 step down from 100% chameleon in Oblivion. I don't play that way at all; I stay hidden the entire time and if I'm caught, I run or face it.

 

I love skyrim its a great game recommended to buy it !

 

I love that game, But it's only fun for pc, I played on a mate's xbox360 but on console it sucks
