Skype vs Discord

I remember when MSN messenger was still the main form of contact, then skype came around and started taking over. Now in the last year more and more people are switching to discord, mainly to meet the newer folk just joining with that being their only form of contact, as well as it being a large hub for online gamers which most of this site is made of.

I think Skype and Discord are both just as good as one another. I use skype more than discord because of habit and everyone being added there, but i like the feel and layout of discord more so I might start using it more often. No wrong answer between the 2 imo

 

100% I prefer Discord over skype, the screen sharing is just so much smoother in my opinion. However for me sometimes Discord shuts down, in those cases I use Google Hangouts when I game with friends, Occasionally I also try 1 or 2 of these other video chat programs that I found here.

However from all the different programs that I tried, Discord is the best one.
