I believed that something had gone awry with the account until he showed me his email. Which ends in hotmail.com, the same email provider that the account is attached to. I'm now inclined to believe that hes attempting to get a refund (100m rs3) with the account.

whats the registration email you sent him? (you can pm this to me since it's sensitive) - would be good if you could take a screenshot of what you sent him when he bought the account

 

I did not send him the registered email at the time I gave him the email and password change links but I'll pm you the email that was on it.
