Is there a way to verify paypal account without a bank account?

 

I believe adding a credit card will verify it, I am not really 100% sure. Try it.

Well yes, you need to have a bank account already created but you don't need to add the bank account to be able to verify it. You can just link your cc to paypal and the acc will be verified.

 

Heard that you can do it with some combination of visa gift cards, but I'm not at all sure that it works or is legal. Why don't you just set up a bank account?

 

I'm not sure linking a cc with verify the account, I believe to verify, you have to link a bank account. Or received approval for a PayPal Plus credit card. You cannot just add any old credit card or debit card to be verified. If you are young and you don't have access to a bank account, you are out of luck.

Well you can verify with a credit card of your dad, that what I do, or your can bought a CC in the market but im not sure,for be safe I recommend the first one
