Anyone else had horrible experiences with them?

Look at what is happening for me simple to get an e-mail unmerged.

 

Yea, it all depends who you talk to - some are useful some aren't

 

I'd remove that information by the way, that's how people get hacked, even with less information than that.

 

I am not using 6.6 anymore, I have linked new details to the account. Not gonna get hacked

i've only had to deal with them once, sorted out the issue quickly, i suppose its up to the employee/problem
