First of all this wasn't a pardon, anyone can read the thread title and see that. Also proof needs to be shown for his ban reason. Again with the unprofessionalism, it's not just one staff member causing the problem it's all of you as a whole. Half of the staff here doesn't want to put a word in for these types of pardons and requests. Which is totally wrong, they are scared of the repercussions they may face in the future, because of one power hungry admin, who has ONLY caused problems in the past couple of years. This has been shown on multiple occasions. WAY more than it should, obviously.

N4n0 has said multiple times he will stay out of this, obviously this is not the case seeing how every pardon request he has had some word about it.

There is no SOLID evidence of Lame's actions, and I strongly believe he should not receive anymore repercussions from it. Also, the site rules that he broke doesn't warrant him the ban he received, again with the unprofessionalism and power abuse. I do not think him posting in a skype chat where the photos were already leaked warrants him this ban. It would obviously be logical if he was the one who did the hacking, but he was not.

Lame123 was not ordinary Sythe member. Keep this in mind. His activity and dedication to the community. In his time on sythe, he was well known and loved. The community wants him back. And really what is this forum without the community. In recent months, moderators and the CDT have been working hard to get community involvement. Keeping people like Lame banned is one of the major reasons the community is like a wasteland these days. Even though he was not active in the market, it is clear in his 7 years on Sythe that he is not a threat. He may have made some bad decisions but you cannot hold that against him forever. I suggest that if Lame shows legitimate remorse for his actions, you at the very least will give him a chance.

Lame believed that he was working towards an unban. He wants to be apart of the community again just as much as the community wants him back. Lame stayed as far away from the drama as he could and made an effort to even go as far as befriending n4n0. N4n0 and Lame hashed things out through the ForumKorner private messaging and reputation system. Seeing as they were on good terms now; Lame, myself, and a few other people decided to go onto n4n0s stream and visit with him. We were warmly greeted to the stream and Lame and I both followed and subscribed (a $5 fee to n4n0) and just enjoyed his stream. Since then Lame has stayed out of drama with and honestly believed that he and n4n0 were still on good terms. Then out of nowhere n4n0 vetod his restitution thread when everything seemed fine and n4n0 even said he was going to stay away from those threads. To summarize Lame does not want to make enemies with n4n0 or anyone else. In fact he wants the exact opposite. In his own words, Lame wants to be on Sythe to "be with my friends and kill time". It is clear he is not a threat so please do not just brush him off the next time he asks for forgiveness.

How long until the honorable staff members share their opinion?

Anyone who supports this say Free Lame.

Even if he were to pay the restitution, wouldn't he still have to go through the pardon system? I doubt he would pass even after paying.
