Gold Sellers with Website - Please post here

Alright so a lot of you guys know im a swapper, doing rs business too. A year ago, I tried to team up with HNCdice to have a gold shop and sell gold. Turns out we lost billions because of chargebacks. Now, I also have a website for swapping. I want to try the gold business (buying and selling) part again. HOWEVER, i dont want the same thing to happen.

I can set up a cart on my website as well as a way to pay directly on my website (beside going on paypal using a seperate page). I know that you guys, gold sellers with website, got protection because it is a professionnal business and you got terms of service that a customer must agree before doing an order. My question is : how do I work out those terms of service + form on my website, when they are buying gold, in order to get the most security out of it (when I receive the money on my paypal). What are your ToS/form (information you want the customer to fill up).

Sorry if its a little confusing. Hope you understand what im asking.

 

Requesting ID sent from the PP email is good for stopping unauthorised transaction chargebacks but non-received is really hit & miss (since paypal dont support virtual trading).

 

What do we have to check with the ID after? How do we check if the ID is the one on his paypal account?

 

If the details match. Anyways why not use all the other methods instead of paypal?

Paypal is the most used currency on the market. I will use all the other methods but I want paypal too.

As for the ID, when I would get an unauthorized chargeback... I just have to provide PP the ID of the customer and thats all?

Also, what about the "I never received the item" chargeback. What do I do with that? If I include the RSN in the form/email the customer has to fill/send WITH the ID, and then screenshot the trades with the rsn on RS. I will then provide the email and screenshots to paypal. Paypal will see that the ID match his PP so its his RSN + they will have the proof with screenshots. Would that be enough to win? Or do I have to get some sort of ToS that will solve this situation.

Not looking to buy a website ahah. I already have my website. Just trying to add what it takes to have the most security. My website atm is only for swapping but will soon be for both gold selling and swapping (if I feel secure). But ill probably contact him to have some infos about how hes working it out in order to prevent those chargebacks.
