Skrill Help Needed

First transaction through skrill and it has been a terrible experience!
No history is shown on the transaction history page but..... the link sent via skrill does show it, now also the merchant cannot see it on there end also.
Here is some info that may be interesting...
/transaction-history-v2 is the page i see when i log in
/transaction-history is the page that i get from the link which shows evidence of the transaction.
I have contacted skrill and they are being nothing but a hassle and sending me Terms and Condition jargon.
I have sent this to a trusted merchant i have used many times but not via skrill, they have confirmed the details are correct also.
Frustrated and confused....
