As you can see I'm not out the Account and $55 bucks I hope this is enough to proove to people even the stats went up.
He was banned before now he is unbanned.

 

Can you prove that he's reselling the same account that you bought?

 

I know the username, and the stats are extremely similar, I don't know how else to proove.

 

Unfortunately, that will be insufficient.
