Same interests (OSSCAPE, Bulk 07 gp and SDMM), same ISP and location Gracious has said and Oreo was reported for scamming with the skype swagyolohashtag here:
OreoChocolate scammed deadman gold
Which matchs Arurudog's skype.

Also depending on what was missing from said report, not sure if it should be considered valid or not now as he's a serial scammer/vader and it's pretty clear he scammed that person.
