46-55 $0.25 per level.
56-65 $0.5 per level.
66-75 $0.75 per level.

I've never leveled much on f2p, but I could give it a try I've got a few jobs before you, but I will PM you when your time comes.

To be honest, salmon would be much more efficient at level 40. I could do salmon up to 50 for you, free of charge and bank all or else just lobs to 45
