How do ppl do the skill 1000 bug which makes ur skill 1000 thing show instead of ur cb lvl

I think he means the total level of 1000 shows instead of the combat level.

For example :

Noob Pker (Lvl 93) do the bug = Noob Pker (Lvl 1000)

I'm not sure if there's even a bug like that.
