    User is a serial ban evader/scammer and proof of that will be left in a deleted post for staff as it contains sensitive information. I've banned/DNT'd @viego for ban evading @mell445, @stars403, @cawecafeiocomoapica, and many others. He will have to explain this as well if he ever chooses to pardon and own up to his offences one day.
