Temp banned for trying to buy a stresser

My thread just got closed by dave because he said it was a perm ban.

Which its not, I was given a 3 day ban.

And no where in the rules It states this isnt allowed.

So how the fuck was I suppose to know.

Atleast give me a warning?

This won't happen again, But please try adding it to the rules so people know next time instead of a slapping a ban on them?

I requested a ban for Xero because he was looking to buy a booter. I am only able to do temporary bans so a global or admin would have followed through with the perm ban. Booters are considered malicious and are not allowed on Sythe.

I already spoke to you last night on Skype. This isn't allowed, and it was a temporary ban because sectionals (such as KMJT or myself) are only allowed to temporary ban and then forward a ban request to a global+ which is why it began as a temp but is actually a perm ban.

Request a pardon and stop making new accounts, please.

Users will be banned permanently for the following:

"Blackhat"/Malicious Activities: Using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent (hacking). Punishment for these offences will be dealt with on case-by-case basis, but will most likely result in a permanent ban.
