Skateboard

Is this skateboard any good I just bought it today off a friend it's brand new he's only used it once. Also what would it cost?

 

Looks shit to me, if he bought it already made, then it probably is shit.

But, without knowing what wheels/bearings/trucks etc, i can't really say. But i highly doubt its anything good.

If you want a good skateboard, you need to buy each part seperately and put it together yourself.

 

I saw this skateboard at Dick's sporting goods.
It was about 50-60 dollars. i think its a low ply board, maybe 5?
the guy at Dick's didn't recommend it, said something like it wasnt that strong of a board. So i got a World Industries board which i freakin love.

 

Looks crap. Maybe $30. What did you pay for it?

rofl those boards are very heavy and break so easily i would probably recommend alien workshop if you are just starting out cause they have good pop

 

well it depends on what trucks wheels and bearings you have. and that deck looks kinda shitty.

I used to skate using Zero/Toy Machine/Element boards. Wouldn't recommend Birdhouse boards as Tyson said it's better if you buy all the parts separately and put it together yourself.

I think you got burnt. I used to skate and I got all the parts for about the same price you paid for those cheap already put together ones.

 

You can get a fairly good board for 50$ and have it complete

 

ACTUALLY, The REAL birdhouse boards are great. but the one you get at dicks are shit. I would recomend enjoi or Habitat for pop or mini-logo for price.
