Scam report/blackhat activity (lil dmg) (was told to post here)

Blackhat activity first:

Explanation of the trade:
Bought his 2.5m+ money making method for 07. He wanted 120m EoC, so I exchanged this money (using Soul RIch as MMan), and Soul Rich paid him.
(don't have the screenshot on this comp, Soul Rich can verify this and I'll post the screenshot asap).

How they scammed:
I bought his guide. He claimed the items that the method made you were easily sellable. He also claimed the guide was also 2.5m+ an hour. The method on 07 was impossible to profit off, as the items were COMPLETELY unsellable. I was promised that I would be able to run many accounts to do this, and I wouldn't even be able to pull of 1. Not to mention the method barely hovered around 250k/h.
