I came across jeff's services for barrow gloves from scratch.
I was deciding which of the from-scratch services I should go. I ultimately ended with Quest cape from scratch priced at $299 at the time.

I asked for a quote on the following:
1) How long will it take
2) Other costs needed for the supplies
3) How often will I get updates

Jeff was confident on giving a projection of about 3 months for completion, that I needed to cover some costs for the whole 3 months, and that I will get at least an update once a week if I wanted to.

I was very happy jeff gave me consistent updates every week. For each major quest done, sir Jeff gave me an update for each.
