Since when is saying happy birthday not allowed?

    Since when is saying happy birthday not allowed?
    Tgump gave me a 1 point infraction for saying happy birthday to my friend DorianKing. Now he did say that the proper place to do that is in the happy birthday thread somewhere in the depths of the forum, which I am sure Dorian would not have checked. And how is this spam, last time i checked wishing people a happy birthday seemed full of meaning. So I disagree that a 1 point infraction is worth for this "crime".

    Since when is saying happy birthday not allowed?
    The fact is it is spam. The infraction is fine.

    There are other ways of wishing someone happy b'day eg. The PM System, MSN, etc
