Simply put, this is a wrongful ban

Well, bad timing to go on vacation I guess. Apparently some people thought my going on vacation was purposefully set to coincide with this ban. It wasn't, this ban was the last thing I expected, and on top of that, I'm accused of evading from a person that I've actually done trades with in the past.

I'm not quite sure where to begin, but I'll start with the trades I did with this person.

Here is a link to my vouches thread, and on the first page, you will see 2 vouches from Big-Cow corresponding to the paypal payments that I sent to him. Unfortunately, I am no longer in possession of the msn that I used to contact him 9 months ago, because I was hacked in about late January or early February of this year.

This hack is what I believe is the reason for his IP appearing on my account. I never did know who the hacker was, but evidence seems to suggest it was him the whole time

I'll also point out that Big-Cow was at several times, selling partyhats. It's actually impossible for my rs account to hold a partyhat, as I don't have the gp. I used to many months ago, but Big-Cow has made posts as recently as a month ago of sales of partyhats. As further proof, in a trade I recently MM'ed, I had to login to the buyer's account in order to carry out a partyhat trade. These threads range from partyhat trades to wealthy account purchases/sales. In my history on sythe, I have never sold an account with more than 60m on it, and I have never owned any partyhat other than a white, which was many months ago.

I apologize for the rambling-ness of this post, it's just that this is really the last reason I would expect to be banned for, and the last person I would expect to be seen as evading a ban from. As just a summary, Big-Cow, who I have been accused of evading a ban from, is in fact someone with whom I have done trades, and I have the payments posted above. My hypothesis for why his IP appears on my sythe account is that I was hacked many months ago and that he must have been the hacker.

For the record, my only activity on sythe consists of a few posts in 2007 where I tried to buy a pin (unsuccessfully, got scammed), and I didn't return until December of last year because I (correctly) suspected that mint cakes would have great RWT potential, since they had a low trade value but a high street price. Since then, I've had no intentions to do anything but legitimate trades on sythe. It's never been in my interest to scam anyone, in fact, I make much more money from being well-respected and trusted and carrying out trades legitimately than I ever would by scamming anyone.
