Nice, very nice. Some sections could do with improvement, such as the top of his head, some places is really sketchy. And maybe improve the nose area?

 

Wow dude thats awesome considering you used that source. Maybe a bit smaller though? Id love to view it at once, rather than having to scroll

EDIT: His neck doesnt have much flow though, it looks more like wallpaper.
