Silab Client Ultra Lag - Help!

Ive been using Moparscape for my server as silab never worked for me - the other day i turned to silab and it finally worked for me - so i altered my server to support new jagex items. me and my co-admin have been having fun spawning all new skillcapes and all...i turn my server off at night and the next day my players are still able to play fine but i cant! I log on and i can only be in certain places (mainly barrows) or i won't load at all, once i am on it runs fine with little lag until about 2 minutes and then it just goes ultra mega lag until it jams. I have deleted all my temp internet files and saved space on my computer as possible and it still happens- if anyone can suggest anything id be very happy

Sorry: Should have aid im on Hamachi as No-Ip or anything won't work for me but i am looking into switching but i doubt that should effect anything as my players can get on
