It seems like the right place to put them.

Well, anyways I have a problem.

I go to http://client.silabsoft.org/ and click 'yes' then it does nothing. Also, I tried downloading the old client file, but all it has is a .jar file and run.bat file. When I double-click the .bat file it asks for a application to run it.

WHAT IN GOD'S NAME DO I DO?

 

hmm, its working for me, idk what to tell you .. When it asks you yes and no you HAVE to click i agree, you cannot type enter, also you may not have add ons running and you may have hit NO when it comes up in red and it might be saved, try deleating your cookies and do it again.
