Please help to win a chargeback

hello,

Recently i got chargebacked for 160 USD.Sadly he looked trustworthy+web page etc.

Anyways i know that i am not the only one who got biased.As i am aware the scammer got back ~1500 USD.Does this change anything , that were there multiple of chargebacks?

I have rs trade pictures, live chat logs/pictures, skype pictures, sythe pms.His paypal was unverified, but his worker told me that he had a credit card attached to it, although im not sure if its possible to have a card added and not be verified...

The scammer also were a Sythe Verified User.I have already contacted admins for his personal information.

Any other tips/help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.its the first chargeback that i have to deal with.

Yes, it is possible to add cc to unverified paypal.

In short, you can't win this, sorry.

 

^ There is a small chance, just upload whatever proof you have and hope for the best, most likely you will lose it though.

 

Call up paypal explain the situation tell them you deal with virtual sales etc try sounding as intelligent as possible.

Chances are not in your favor, there's a very big chance you'll lose this. Only thing you can try is to call Paypal, explain it and hope for the best. Also gather every piece of proof you have. Good luck!

 

What can they do with runescape screenshots? It'll only prove that the trade is virtually processed, thus cancelling the dispute in the buyers favor.

Yeah! Call paypal and tell them it was a virtual trade so they can cancel the dispute.

As explained above, calling them would only speed up the process of cancellation.

I'm speaking from experience. I've delt with almost any type of dispute you can think of whether it be virtual or physical. This is why you use bitcoin for virtual trades, and then trade your btc for paypal using trusted sources.

 

I would contact Axelus. He sold him gold and if he has the ID he has the best shot at winning a chargeback. All of these cases could fall under the same verdict. Good luck buddy

They don't automatically close unauthorised cases in the favour of the buyer just because its virtual goods >_<

 

I've got paypal to close disputes by telling them it's a virtual trade (of course if no tracking is provided).

The response usually goes..

"Well, we don't support virtual trades, so I'm gonna go ahead and close this dispute for you. Can I help you with anything else?"

 

So should i provide Paypal with information that i was trading virtual goods or not?

 

I recentlly just win 4 unauthorized payments which add up to 195$.When this case happened I called paypal and told them I sold game gold and his paypal acc is verified so I didnt require his ID .Paypal told me my acc was good for years and told me to upload some proofs then later I got back money.

I think you need to just call Paypal and try explain to them you are legit,most of the time they just ignore your case instead of processing.If you could make a good impression to the girl who talked to you on phone I think your payments will be back with a great possibility.

I honestly got no clue what to suggest, i guess that's the best thing to do lieng to them will make it worse.
